Onsite Secured Car Parking is available at an additional fee $15.00 per night. . Please be advised that 1 x car space is allocated to each apartment booked. Additional car parking is not available onsite.
Strict Check In Policy
Upon check in photo identification and a valid credit card in the name of the registered guest will be required for a $200 pre-authorisation to cover any incidentals and the security of the apartment and keys. Guests who are unable to meet the check in requirements will not be granted access to our apartments and no refund will be made.

The credit card pre-authorisation will freeze $200 for a period of 5 - 10 working days. This amount is released by your financial institution not the hotel.

As our apartments are located in a residential environment, we maintain a strict NO PARTY POLICY AND ZERO NOISE TOLERANCE POLICY. Any guest who breaches this policy or fails to follow the accommodations term and conditions as provided on check in, will be evicted from the apartment with no refund.
