Cinta Villa Guesthouse

Seamlessly integrating indoor/outdoor living, Cinta Villa has a spacious, open plan design with glass sliding doors that open directly onto a sun drenched pool deck. Sumptuous lounges, soft furnishings and a large, wall mounted flat screen TV dominate the communal lounge area while quality European cooking and cleaning appliances can be found in the fully equipped, contemporary kitchen.

Reserved exclusively for group events and special occasions, Cinta Villa is the ideal destination villa for wedding parties, family reunions, golfing holidays and romantic getaways for couples

Master Bedroom 1: This generously proportioned room features a king size bed, luxury linen and separate, walk in en-suite. It has a gorgeous garden vista of tropical palm trees, frangipanis and bougainvilleas, as well as a full-length private deck and flat screen TV.

Master Bedroom 2: Located upstairs, this spacious room contains a king bed which can be unzipped and made up as two king single beds and a walk in en-suite. It has its own louvered private patio overlooking the pool deck, making the perfect place to relax with a drink while watching the sun set. The room has its own bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities.

Master Bedroom 3: Also located upstairs, this room is generously proportioned with a king size bed and walk in en-suite. It has its own louvered private patio overlooking the pool below and a mature Poinciana tree with gorgeous orange flowers when in bloom. The room also has its own flat screen TV.

Aaman Guesthouse & Villa Accommodation

Like Cinta Villa, Aaman also has a spacious, open plan entertaining area overlooking the pool. The communal kitchen is fully equipped with quality European appliances and dishwasher, making it ideal for entertaining family and friends. A beautiful restored teak table comfortably seats six people, which can be extended to seat 10. There is an additional outdoor setting overlooking the garden for al fresco dining.

Premium Guest Suite: The suite is generously proportioned and features a king size bed, luxury linen and separate, walk in en-suite. It has a gorgeous garden vista of tropical palm trees, frangipanis and bougainvilleas and own louvered private patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden, The room has its own bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities, as well as an ice bucket to chill your beverage of choice. The suite also contains a TV and DVD.

Getting There
Travelling in from the Pacific Highway take Ewingsdale Road into Byron Bay for 5.2km. Aaman & Cinta villas are conveniently located on the corner of Shirley and Dryden Streets, Byron Bay which is the second on the left once inside the 50km/hr speed limit zone.
