Overview
84 The Spit is in an unbelievable position for a relaxed family holiday at reasonable rates. The 10 storey high rise is an icon on the famous Mooloolaba spit.

Mooloolaba is one of a few seaside towns with a northerly facing beach on the eastern seaboard of Australia.

All apartments at '84' are sunny north facing towards the beach. There are spectacular Ocean & Beach views available.

Enjoy a glass of wine sitting on your private balcony and watch the yachts and fishing trawlers head for home around Point Cartwright, through the Mooloolah River entrance and back to the harbour. All apartments have full length windows and sliding doors take full advantage of the ocean views and breezes.

There are also lower level apartments with a peaceful foreshore view.

15 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport along the David Low Way and Sunshine Motorway to Mooloolaba. Taxi and Limosine service from the airport also available. We can assist with car hire or seats on the shuttle service.
We are a short 1 hour drive north of Brisbane along the Bruce Highway and Sunshine Motorway - take the Mooloolaba & Underwater World turnoff and follow signs - we are almost opposite Underwater World.
