Amazing!

Beautiful home and surroundings. Absolutely peaceful. No traffic, leaf blowers, loud neighbors, barking dogs. Sitting on the porch watching the sunset and the owners cool animals. Great place to relax and get some rest. Plenty to do close by. One of the best vrbo’s we have stayed in. Even comes with a decent guitar and a very nice bass ukulele. Thanks to the owners for making this availability.

Kim’s Cottage and Jim’s welcome were both awesome, two of us stayed for three nights and it was exactly as described and expected. The private patio was wonderful and it made for easy living. We did have some unwelcome encounters with mosquitos, but that was expected due to the location of the property and the season. We normally stay in Hawi and the location was incredibly convenient for us to explore the northeastern side of the island. Once welcomed by Jim, where he gave us an overview of the cottage and the property, we were afforded incredible privacy throughout our stay. It was just perfect, exactly what we needed :)

We appreciate the cleanliness and attention to detail, friendly staff, short walk to shopping and restaurants, and opportunity to have fresh air in the room.

FANTASTIC LOCATION, WONDERFUL BEACH AND A FRIENDLY STAFF

Very clean well appointed space. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. The ability and freedom to explore the property allows you to experience on the some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen in my life. Highly recommend the Paniolo BBQ dinner hosted on site on Wednesdays and the on site horseback tour. Terry is a wonderful host! Clear and easy communication and most accommodating with everything! I can’t wait to come back to the Big Island so my family can come Back here and make more memories! Mahalo!!
