DO NOT BOOK this hotel! This property management is horrible. First of all, we did not get the type of rooms we booked and paid for. The check-in experience was really bad, the manager gave us key for a wrong room. Then they scammed us for parking at “wrong” space, bullied me and my family at the middle of the night and tried to take almost 1000 euros from us. We had to involve the police to resolve the situation.

It’s clean, remote location no commute to anywhere. No restaurant or shopping near by. The stuff very rude, not easy to find any service because the stuff never present in the front desk. I will not book this again .

There was a lot if confusion over what we reserved. We asked for a room to accommodate 3 adults- me, my wife, and our 26 yr old daughter. The person that checked us in was obessed over our daughter being older than 12 and wanted to charge us extra, becuase their family room was for kids under 12. She was condsending, insulting, and dismisssive. We only wanted what we reserved. The guys that worked there were super helpful and professional. Also, we did not see on hotels.com that we had to pay an additional $15 for parking.

Terrible place with terrible service

I booked to stay, i arrived to check in. The machine would not work for the self check in, an alarm was ringing in the lobby for the 30mins i was there. No one came and when i called the phone number, no one answered. I called the number 4 times over the evening and no one answered except for once when they hung up straight away. I ended up booking a different hotel so my family could stay somewhere that night.

Bei der Ankuft hatten wir erst mal nach dem Concierge gesucht und niemand gefunden. Nachdem wir dann rausgefunden hatten das es keinen Gab und wir per Automat selber einchecken sollten hat es ewig gedauert. Der Automat hat manchmal nicht richtig funktioniert und bei der Ausweis-Erkennung habe ich fast 10 Minuten lang die Karte in die Kamera halten müssen bis es funktioniert hatte. Nachdem es am Automat hieß das unsere Check in Karte fertig gestellt wurde, kam aber nichts aus dem Automaten raus. Wir hatten nur eine Quittung mit einem Code bekommen. Auch beim zweiten Versuch kam keine Karte raus. Zu unserem Glück kam dann zufällig gerade ein Personal vom Hotel und erklärte uns dann dass es keine Karten mehr gäbe und man nur noch mit dem Code vom Beleg per Eingabe in das Zimmer an der pin Fläche am Eingang rein käme. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber der Boden recht schmierig und manche Sessel weisen komische Flecken auf. Der Geruch ist ok. Das Bad recht neu. Die Bar/Lounge die beschrieben wird, ist klein, dreckig und zugemüllt. Der Tisch ist frei und sauber. Aber der gesamte Raum dort riecht nach Rauch. Die Bar ist zugestellt mit privatem Zeug wie Putzmittel, Tierfutter…. Zudem viel ungewaschenes Geschirr das rum steht. Die Cafemaschine sah auch nicht gerade sauber aus. Einen Café daraus zu trinken würde ich für gefährlich halten. Der Parkplatz kostet nochmal 15Franken extra. Wer eine kurze billige Unterkunft sucht und kaum Anforderungen hat ist hier richtig.

Séjour très mauvais et service médiocre

J'ai passé une très mauvaise nuit, la chambre n'a pas de climatisation comme c'était indiqué sur l'annonce. Quand j'ai demandé à la directrice, elle me dit ouvre la fenêtre. Pour information l'hôtel est collé à une route très passante et c'est donc très bruyant. Aussi, la propreté de la chambre n'était pas du tout dans les règles de l'art, plein de cheveux par terre et dans la douche. J'ai trouvé des taches sur les draps du lit.
