Had high hopes for this property based on reviews. The horrible experience started at the airport. We had called them & they told us where the airport shuffle pickup was. We went, it was raining & cold. Airport sign said there was pickup always at 20 and then again at the 50 minutes of the hour. Well, we waited a whole hour + to get picked up. So many shuttles came by & we asked each driver if they knew where intercity shuttle was & they would say “it’s next” “in 10 minutes” but it never was. We called the hotel several times to a very rude front desk man who didn’t seem concerned & even gas lit us that we were in the wrong pickup spot. Once the shuttle came, the shuttle couldn’t even take the whole group bc so many people were waiting & there were only limited spots. The shuttle ride is also nauseating & poor driving skills by the driver. So we get to the hotel nauseous & around 9:30, hungry, & the front desk staff never apologized for the inconvenience. We did get a free drink voucher at the restaurant.We went up to our room & our shower has a 3 foot curtain covering the transparent wall that would have let your roommate see you in your entirety during the shower. We saw another room that was open w/ the cleaning woman inside of it with a curtain. We told the front desk about this & they didn’t believe us. They said there are none. They switched our rooms but were most concerned if “they could still sell” the room. No apology. Also 6 am vacuuming woke us up.
