We loved our stay in this hotel! Staff is so nice and polite we loved that even the restaurant hotel staff helped us in everything we needed! It’s well located for tourism, We will definitely stay here again!

Nice location across from a park; large rooms compared to any other we stayed at in NYC, Prague, and Verbier, and a balcony; the furnishings looked “vintage,” but all good and gave the room a lot of character; the cafe downstairs was great all day for delicious food and at night for a drink; my husband and son raved about the coffee; everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. Out room had a shared bath but it was fine — kept very clean, and because only one or two other rooms used it, we never had to wait. I think they do have rooms with private baths, tho, if one prefers. All in all, if we are ever in Zurich again, would love to come back.

Breakfast not included, although I thought it was when I booked. Property is old could use some upgrading. Parkay flooring creaked so loudly when you walked on it that I’m sure I woke up the rest of the guests ever time I used the facilities toilet separate from the room. Overall meh and I would not return.

LOVED this place! Staff was so helpful with check in and the room was so cute! Bathroom was clean. Located about 1 mile from Zurich HB with a tram stop around the corner. I will definitely stay here again!

I stayed in multiple places and this is the first to offer good hospitality. They let me in early, the checkin was quick and nice. Room was clean and had water which i really appreciate. The hotel was great, especially with the balcony, and the little restaurant below was so pretty. The only thing was that around the area, close to night time specifically, there were a decent amount of sketchy drinkers, especially across the street at the park, but there was also a police patrolling.

The hotel is easy to reach and close to public transport. The room was spacious and updated and we were pleasantly surprised with chilled waters upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. We traveled during a very hot day/night and the lack of AC made the room warmer than we’d prefer but that’s just a personal preference. There was a fan available which helped a lot. We had an overall great stay and loved the accessibility to major tourist sites.

Surprised we made decision to stay in a run down building. The pictures on the website don’t reveal the true nature of this building or neighborhood. It would be better to pay more to stay in a nice place.
