We had a great stay at the Luna chalet. The distance up the hill was a little bit of a hike from the the city center but the view from the terrace was amazing and worth the little bit of an inconvenience of the location. we called for a taxi most of the time and that was easy to contact them. Plan on about 30 franks for the taxi fares. The apartment was very clean and had all of the accessories that we needed. We made our own breakfast a couple of mornings and all of the utensils were available. Bathroom and shower were great. all in all it was an excellent stay and I would stay there again.

Best Matterhorn View. Long uphill walk!

Fabulous view of the Matterhorn and Zermatt. Very comfortable quiet unit with large terrace, well stocked kitchen and large TV with good selection of channels. There were a few issues. The bathtub had hair and was filthy and needed to be scrubbed. The journey from the train station is all uphill so anyone with medical issues could have major problems. Taxis are very expensive (30-35 CHF) one way for a relative short distance. There is an elevator that takes you to town partway down the hill but wasn’t mentioned by the Property Management Company or Hotels.com. We discovered this on our own and even when we contacted the Company, they gave us no assistance. We suggest that the Management Company make a deal with the Cervo Resort to supply the code for after hour access to the elevator. We did and it worked out quite well and helped with my medical condition. We also suggest that Hotels.com add a note about walk ability for those with medical conditions. Other than Chalet accessibility, ridiculous taxi prices and the dirty tub, this is a fabulous unit. You can’t beat the views of the Matterhorn anywhere in Zermatt.

Wir genossen ein super Wochenende zu zweit im Chalet Luna. Das Chalet ist mit mehr als dem wichtigsten ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung ist auch sehr modern und einladend. Der Ausblick auf das Matterhorn sowie das Dorf ist einzigartig.

去了很多次歐洲，這間民宿是目前為止，我住過最好的民宿。太優秀了。 房間所有東西都很整潔，而且物品齊全，需要的東西都有。佈置令人感覺有家的感受。 由於地理位置高，坐在陽台就可以欣賞馬特洪峰。 飯佔離火車站有些距離，但可以經由登山䌫車旁邊，小路的電梯前往，再走5分鐘就到。 這間飯店太好了，價格合理。有機會要再住
