The villa has an infrared sauna and a spacious, attractively furnished garden with a jetty. The centre of Zeewolde is 11 km away and you will find various shops and supermarkets for daily necessities. Enjoy a game of golf at the nearby golf course or spend a summer day at the Flevostrandmeer beach, 3.8 km away. There are water sports facilities 4 km from the property and the nearest restaurants are just 1 km away. A day trip to Amsterdam or Alkmaar is also a possibility. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable lounge set; ideal for cosy barbecue evenings with your loved ones. Parking is available and the accommodation is equipped with a jetty and air conditioning. The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone. No fireworks are allowed all year round. Note: You will be staying in the house with the energy label A++++, meaning, it saves energy and fuel. Reservations for groups or parties of persons under 25 are not allowed. Any kind of student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited. This holiday house is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation fees will be charged. There is a charging station for charging electric cars (for a fee) next to the house. A security deposit of EUR 230,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
