Gleich zu Beginn gab es das Problem, dass die Heizung im Bad nicht funktionierte. Es stellte sich heraus, dass dies ein nicht behebbarer Installationsfehler im Haus ist, der beim Hausbesitzer bereits bekannt war, aber leider nicht zu uns oder zur Agentur ("Harderwold Villa") kommuniziert wurde. Daher auch die schlechte Gesamtbewertung. Die Agentur hat sich bemüht, eine Lösung zu finden, aber das Problem lag beim Besitzer.Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.Die nicht funktionierende Badheizung sowie die unterlassene Kommunikation des Besitzers sind ein absolutes Unding, weshalb ich das Ferienhaus nicht weiterempfehlen würde.
