This apartment for 2 persons with a nice balcony on the 4th floor (no lift) has a phantastic, unspoilt sea-view over the Bay of Marsalforn. In this small complex just aside the brisk promenade are 8 very similar apartments for self catering on four floors.

Entrance/lounge. Bedroom with Air Conditioning (by coin-box system) and 2 single-beds (can be pushed together). A functional equipped kitchenette with dining area. Small bathroom with bath tube / shower and toilet. Satellite-TV, free Wifi. Small, but good sized balcony for 2 with these amazing sea-views! Larger balcony as in the other apartments, but smaller kitchen-/dining area. Living space approx 40sqm. Excellent Restaurants and nice Bars just a stones throw from here - one in the basement of the house.

Air conditioning in the bedroom operates via a coin-operated system. Maltese eco-tax: €1.50 per person per night (payable to the landlord on site).

Excellent views and perfectly located

The apartment is ideally located close to all amenities, The steps are a climb but well worth the fantastic views from the spacious balcony. The apartment is very clean and tidy with all facilities you require. The owners are very lovely and always available if ever required.

Al di sotto delle mie aspettative...

Sono stata più volte a Marsalforn, ma questa volta l'alloggio non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative: il proprietario non sapeva nulla della mia venuta (la mia mail di prenotazione è andata a finire nella spam, almeno così mi ha detto), pulizia sommaria, alloggio umido e freddo (è all'ultimo piano ed il tetto è quasi inesistente) con il riscaldamento a.... pagamento!

Traum Lage, Traum Blick aber leider seit Jahren nix mehr getan

Traum Lage, Traum Ausblick, im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Keine Zentralheizung wie angegeben sondern eine Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion gegen Gebühr. Das Interieur aus den 80ern, die Matratzen leider durch. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche reicht leider nicht um eine Haarkur aus zu spülen und die Toilette braucht 20 Minuten um wieder spülbereit zu sein. Ganz tolle Vermieter, aber Modernisierung notwendig.
