In one of the most historic streets of the city, Predicadores, this cozy apartment is located. Ithas a spectacular terrace and its own parking. From hereand only in6-8 minutes walking you´ll arrieve atthe Central Market and Plaza del Pilar. A comfortable apartment with all the necessary details to enjoy Zaragoza, walk along the Ebro, or try the tapas areas.
The apartment is a ground floor with a large terrace. It has a double room measuring 150×190, with a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. In the living-dining room you will find an area to relax and listen to music with a reclining chair. There is also a 135X190 sofa bed and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule and Italian coffee machines, microwave, oven, vitro and has all the necessary utensils for cooking.
LOCATION
It is best to walk from the apartment since it is in the historic center. Just a 6-minute walk away you will be at the Central Market and in 2 more minutes the main monuments of the city: the Torre de la Zuda, the Church of San Juan de los Panetes or the imposing Plaza del Pilar, with the Basilica, the Seo , the Lonja and the Town Hall. Or if you prefer, you can go down to the Ebro River in 2 minutes and enjoy walking along the bank.

If you prefer to get around by public transportation or arrive from the train station, there are bus stops nearby.
