Twin Elegant Maisonettes
Elegant Maisonettes are perfect for relaxing holidays with family and friends! The Maisonettes are two beautifully decorated, semi-detached, two-story houses located in the middle of a large private estate. And, only a short stroll away is the popular resort of Kalamaki and its glorious sandy beach. Elegant Maisonettes now features a new Swimming Pool (10 x 5 meters)!
A private entrance and road lead to the Maisonettes which are set at the foot of a tree filled hill, are surrounded by a lovely garden, and overlook our new Swimming POOL!
The two Maisonettes can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. The houses are 500 ft2 each, have a private entrance and are identical in terms of space; however each one is has its own unique character. Elegant Maisonette RUBY has a modern look and features the typical Zakynthian red color, whereas Elegant Maisonette EMERALD has a romantic aura and features the environmental green color.
The Maisonettes are fully furnished and have air-conditioning on both floors. Entrance to each of the Maisonettes is from the patio where you may enjoy your meals amidst nature.
The ground floor includes a new kitchen comprised of a fridge, two electric cooking rings, microwave, kettle, toaster, and espresso coffee maker (moka pot). There is a seating area with a TV, as well as a comfortable, double-sized sofa/bed, and a WC & hand basin.
An internal staircase leads to the spacious master bedroom with its luxurious King-sized bed, dressing table, wardrobes, and private bathroom with shower cabin.
Both levels have balconies offering a lovely view over the olive groves, Mount Skopos, and our new Swimming POOL!
