The house is in the wonderful location & within walking distance to the famous Balcony Hotel & Restaurant, which also has stunning panoramic 180 degree sea views, with also Kefalonia to the North & across the sea to the East can be seen mainland Greece. 

Just a 10 minute walk from the villa in the friendly resort of Tsilivi , there is a wide choice & selection of coffee shops, local restaurants, bars, bakeries together with a water park there is something for everyone!   

Tsilivi has fast become one of the main tourist resorts on the island, bustling with many traditional family run tavernas, restaurants, bars and night clubs making it one of the island’s ‘hot spots' for entertaining nightlife.
