Arbarosa Villa is a superb, newly renovated two story accommodation in Agios Nikolaos, Zakynthos, which can sleep 6 guests.

The villa, which measures 135 square meters, is spacious, stylishly decorated and offers its guests a private swimming pool. The vacation home features a spacious living room, a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen and dining area. In total, there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; two of which are equipped with two single beds each, and the third is equipped with a queen-sized one.

The outdoor spaces are carefully tended, fenced and private; they feature the swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun beds and parasols, as well as an outdoor dining area!

*The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

Our guests are able to enjoy a fabulous a la cart breakfast in just 70 meters away from the villa. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. and costs 13 euros/person.

Villa Arbarosa was terrific!

We visited Zykanthos for the first time, and Villa Arbarosa and manger Gio were both fabulous. The villa is complete with three en suite rooms, many balconies and porches, amazing views of the Ionian Sea and a great swimming pool also with sea views. It is located walking from Port St. Anthony in Volimes. Great dining close by, a small grocery and access to boated, beaches and local activities. Gio helped us set up boat tours of the various beaches and caves which is a must do! We will be sending family and.friends!
