A nice clean apartment in a residential neighborhood, not really walking distance to anything. We just needed a place to sleep and do laundry so met our needs.

Value was ok. One reason we choose this property was for the laundry service. This washer did not work. I believe the outlet plug didn't work. If this was working the property would have been better for our needs.
