Luxury apartment with private salt-water pool and small garden at the end of the village. Walk 100m through the pine forest to the sea with the cleanest and clearest water. Very few tourists know this hidden beach, so locals mainly visit it. The area is quiet and peaceful, so it is perfect for a relaxing break.

Newly built spacious apartment decorated in Japandi style, combining Scandinavian functionality and Japanese minimalism for a feeling of simplicity, natural elements, and comfort to invite you to slow down and recharge your batteries.

The open-plan living room is connected to the garden, just a few steps from the private saltwater pool. As you will spend most of your time on holidays outdoors, we offer a garden with four sun loungers, three armchairs, an outdoor shower, a dining table for eight persons, and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare meals on the electric flatbed grill.

The first floor features a kitchen, living room, one bedroom with direct garden access, and a toilet, and the second floor features three bedrooms each with a balcony overlooking the garden and pool.

All bedrooms have double beds (w 180 x l 200 cm) with high-quality mattresses and linen duvets and pillowcases, a cupboard and a hanger for your clothes, and a bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and shelves for your toiletries.

One of the upstairs bedrooms has a working desk and chair, with a printer.

The kitchen has a large fridge with a built-in filtered water tap, an ice machine, and a freezer. Nespresso machine, water boiler, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi Internet access and a central heating system, so it is also perfect for spring or autumn holidays as well. All windows in the house are equipped with mosquito nets.

Private entrance to the apartment and the property around the apartment is fully enclosed. Three private parking spaces directly outside the apartment.
