Location is perfect being a few minutes walk to the train station, Yuzawa Kogen ski lifts, restaurants and shops. The food for breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent in quality and variety. We stayed 4 nights and was not bored of the spread.

we ended up cancelling at last min, because my daughter got sick. so we paid the 100% of cancellation fee. and at the same time we shipped snowboard to the hotel from airport, we needed to recover, the hotel was absolutely no help. He keeps saying the service is only for staying customer only, there is nothing he can do, we will have to go pick it up. totally unreasonable. NEVER EVER STAY WITH THIS CHAIN OR DO ANY BUSINESS

Great staff - very helpful and always available. Room was nice, very 'showa' feel with Tatami mats and adornments. The Onsen bath, particularly the external new Sauna (from Estonia!) and Rotenburo, were quite pleasant. The buffet is designed for tour groups, but tasty selection! Would stay again if had chance b/c very close to everything and perfect facilities for skiing trip.

Rooms were clean, spacious and fun! We enjoyed the facilities like the buffet dinner and breakfast that came with a small top up to the hotel stay! Also, the onsen was big and enjoyable!

越後湯澤站出來大約步行10分鐘，雪不大的情況下還算輕鬆可以到達，需要爬一點坡。我們住的是日式通舖的房型，原本有點擔心之前的評論提到會冷的情形，不過我們沒有感覺寒冷，睡得很溫暖，暖氣很足夠。早晚餐算豐富但是菜色固定沒有太大變化。飯店內有投幣式的洗衣機和烘衣機，也提供了便利性。很推薦滑雪的朋友在飯店隔壁的雪具店租借器材，大哥們都很親切，價格比車站旁的中文雪具店實惠不少，可預約雪具店的接駁車至岩原雪場，日文英文可通。大眾浴池看得出場地比較老舊，溫泉的溫度一天高一天溫，有娛樂室和漫畫室。溫泉飯店價格都不低，這間Livemax價格稍微親切一點，整體而言住起來是舒適的。

食事、部屋、ホテルマンのサービス全て満足している。スキーアイテムのレンタル及び送迎サービスにも満足している。 ただし、あえて指摘するとするならば、部屋の清掃が細部まで届いていない点については改善の余地がある。繁忙期であるため、完璧にすることは困難であると思うが、他の点が完璧なので、ここまで改善出来たら間違い無く周辺ホテルではトップの地位を確立するように思う。

1月に夫婦で宿泊。スノボ目的だったので、ボードやブーツを置ける収納スペースがあるのがかなり良かったです。 夜・朝のバイキングは種類も多くて普通に美味しく、満足でした。 ただ、部屋は廊下や隣の声が聞こえやすく、暖房の温度調整ができないのもあって少し寒く感じました。 あと、大浴場の天井から水滴が落ちてくるのは正直気になりました…。 設備面で気になる点はあるものの、食事とスノボ向けの環境重視ならアリだと思います。
