Nice hotel

The Hotel is nice. It’s about an hour out of Madrid, which wasn’t that bad because you could just take the bus to and from. the rooms were great. It was a little loud sometimes so that and there’s nobody there to control that. They have a virtual front desk and that AI is the only thing that speaks English all the people there. Speak Spanish only no English. So that was I want to say that’s a downside but on the hole it was a nice hotel.

The check in process was difficult. I chose this hotel because it said you could check in any time in the evening. When I arrived the door was locked. There was an intercom but after 10 minutes of trying there was no answer. I only managed to get in when another guest entered the hotel. Inside there is a kiosk which is used to get the room access code and the main door code. Aside from this the hotel is nice and clean.

Absence totale de personnel. Réception par caméra. Obligé de changer de chambre car hyper bruyant en raison de la machinerie de climatisation. Lors du départ toujours pas de personnel donc pas possible de payer. J'attend donc le prélèvement sur mon compte ou au moins un signe de vie de leur part et cela 9 jours après avoir quitté l'hôtel. Bonjour l'organisation de cet établissement

El método de pago rechazó 3 tarjetas de crédito válidas. Si no es posible el pago con tarjeta de crédito, el Hotel no debería rechazar el pago en efectivo, como hemos solicitado. Nos tomó 62 minutos hacer el check in. Este es el único punto que merece una calificación muy negativa.
