A very efficient and friendly welcome by Morgan for our family group requiring 5 rooms. She went above all expectations to provide us a place to bring in dinner and notify Devin of our request for coffee the next morning at 5:00. Devin had coffee out for us at that early hour!
This place is expensive for what you get. The good: comfortable, well-kept, decent hot breakfast. The bad: we booked an extended stay suite-type room; it had two tiny bedside tables but no bureau in which to put clothes. No closet, just a rack with hangers by the bed, which I kept banging my head up against. The WiFi wasn’t working during our stay; they said that they were trying to fix it, but they refused to give us even a small rebate for that service that they promised but did not provide. I will not stay in that chain again.
Toilet wouldn't flush, lightbulb out in bathroom, fan took 2-3 minutes to come on after switch flipped, a/c didn't work as well as it should have, no elevator in the building.
Room was at least clean, breakfast was good
Best hotel we've stayed at. So clean, so neat, so nice. Beds were awesome, breakfast, staff, everything's well taken care of. Definitely a place that deserves a 10 on everything.
Yuma is a small town with limited hotel options so it was great to find this new hotel. Its rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The desk staff were polite and helpful. The one drawback is that there’s no elevator. It wasn’t an issue for me, but if you’re mobility impaired or have a lot of luggage to bring in, that could be an issue unless you reserve a ground floor room up front. Breakfast was included in the room rate and offered a nice little selection. Although my travels will not likely include Yuma as a stopover, I would absolutely stay there again and would consider other Cobblestone properties for future stays.
Expensive for the area, Disinterested and cold staff. I like the arrangement of the suite. Some of the equipment (lights) didn't work. Not enough blankets, like last time. It was a nice room, but very expensive for the Yuma area. Breakfast is uninspired and mediocre. Lots of door and neighbor sounds, including animals. Poor water pressure. No ice on the second floor.
