Please don’t hesitate to reach out! We hope to host you soon! Here in the Hi-Desert there is wildlife so please be aware you might see snakes, coyotes, rabbits and all kinds of critters. So please bring all food and utensils back inside the house. Do not feed the wildlife! We do require all of our guests to be fully verified with Airbnb. SERVICE PROVIDERS - During your stay, you may encounter maintenance and upkeep staff. Please allow them on to the property to do their jobs as scheduled. We will do our best to address unforeseen circumstances. - Landscaper Scheduled as needed - Pool and hot tub spa: Thursday. Sometimes Friday depending on providers schedule Cowboy Tub will not be in service from December through February. EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT- We do provide early check in for our guest at 11:00 a.m. , if available, for a fee of $75. Also for a late check out at 3 p.m if available for a $75 fee. Please let me know prior to booking if interested. FIREPLACE - Guests will be responsible for filling propane tank as needed. There is a small local market less than five minutes away. SECURITY CAMERAS - For security and insurance purposes, we have installed security cameras monitoring the entry doors and walkways and driveway up to the house and on the side of the house facing the street. Cameras do not monitor the interior or outdoor living areas. RENTAL ORDINANCE- Please pay attention to the relevant short-term rental ordinances in accordance with county or city guidelines. If you violate any ordinance and as a result the property is fined, you will be responsible for payment of the fine. LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using the pool and spa, hiking and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using the pool and hiking and/or climbing. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless. Dogs- We do allow dogs with a pet fee of $95 for the first 2 dogs. Then $25 for each after the first 2 for your whole stay.
