They are updating the property. There is active construction, so a bit of noise during the day. But other than that, it's pretty quiet

Staff is always friendly. But one of the other guests must have been fighting with another person, because the other person throughout the night would stomp down the hall and bang on the door. Woke me up several times.

It took 3 hrs for them to be able to give us a room, the room key was not working after three tries they say the lock was broken, I ask for another room because I need it to freshened up after long drive and I have family reunion, they couldn’t down grade the room or they will charge me the same price( it doesn’t make sense!!! We had to come back later on the day because they were going to try to fix the door and they couldn’t, after we can back at night they couldn’t fine my reservation, they gives a room with the jet top broke, long story short book something that I didn’t get, I do not recommend this place to anyone

•No kitchenette in room although advertised •Charged for laundry service; dryer broken •Told their was no housekeeping when I asked for clean towels, I had been using the same towels in room upon check-in. •Denied late checkout for no apparent reason •Drain in bathtub was clogged, bathtub faucet, and shower head were clogged/very hard to turn. •Carpet saturated in dust Other than that things went well. I am not looking for a response or explanation. Just summarizing my stay.

They were all very nice and welcoming all the girls that i encountered. Only somewhat bad thing i can say are beds are uncomfortable but i believe thier remodeling so those might be upgraded

New Kiosk check in with oid room

1st time to try kiosk check in for myself. Came in 10pm and takes long to process. Especially the person on the video didn't know this motel has two separate building but ask me to find my room without get me map and proper info. Room was old and not feel like to stay but it is 10pm with my family to go on extra hundreds of miles to go so i slept and left soon

Worst stay besides a motel in Williams California they will be rude the place is coming apart there's cracks all over in the building it's filthy there's dog poop everywhere glass in the parking lot and they let people that do heavy drugs stay in the rooms and the place is just filthy. If I was you I would not use hotels.com or Expedia they cheat you they don't care about the hotels you stay in all they care about is the money not the customer.
