The gentleman at check-in was polite and the room was clean, but overall, the hotel seemed very run-down. The lobby/foyer is dim and not very welcoming. There is an overpowering scent of air fresher/cleaner in the elevator that is nowhere else in the hotel. The door to the room was stuck. The toilet ran nonstop. The bed was collapsed/caved in on one side. At breakfast in the morning, nothing was quite right (the juice was over-concentrated, oatmeal not properly prepared). The attendants in the (small) breakfast area were just standing in front of the serving dish, blocking the area (one was showing the other pictures on her phone). The cushions on the bench at the table was ripped and repaired with duct or electrical tape. Just not a great experience.

One of the worst bathrooms ever. The shower didn't work correctly, plumbing falling off the wall, ceiling and door were in really rough shape.

This was a nice, comfortable stay. We came in for a funeral so didn’t have need to check out amenities. The staff was really friendly & helpful. Hotel was clean & close to eating places. Price was reasonable. Free breakfast and parking was a plus. Not a high thrills hotel as it is an express but clean and safe.
