Atmosphere cold and bland… bar behind reception into breakfast area. Zero atmosphere. Staff ok. Clean between stay not clean! Breakfast esp hash browns bad kept running out of bananas.

Friendly staff, clean room and a very comfortable bed. The only slight downside was that the room was a bit cold and I couldn't get the heating to work - that said if it was freezing i could have asked the team to look at it. Good breakfast options as well

Excellent service from check in to check out. Rooms were spotless. Minor issue with heater swiftly resolved by night staff. Excellent breakfasts, well stocked and replenished as appropriate. Top value stay, and would return and highly recommend.

absolutely amazing stay!!! all stay were so kind and lovely to us, the room was SPOTLESS, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing!! i usually stay at travelodge but i will be staying with holiday inn in the future!!! when i come back to visit york, i will be booking this same hotel!! absolutely amazing <3

Hotel & room were nice & clean, breakfast very good disappointed after spending a long day in York returned to spend a relaxing evening in room & TV wouldn't work. Had to go out instead as it couldn't be fixed or replaced.
