Comfortable and quiet

It is a personal view but this is one of our favourite hotel chains for their consistency and quality across properties and this was no different. The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable; overall the hotel was clean, staff friendly, polite, welcoming and efficient. The breakfast choices and quality was adequate and the dining area kept clean and cleared promptly. Overall, very comfort and relaxing break, thank you

A good find.

Good location, a few minutes walk from York station with a pubs and eateries not far away. Had no problems with the hotel (staff were excellent) other than the very limited menu in the restaurant. Breakfast was rather good.

Every person we interacted with was amazing! Hotel was spotless and breakfast was plentiful. My only complaint is the beds are a bit firm for me, but would 100% stay here again!
