Staff was great in accommodating my late (delayed by flight change) arrival, early the next day!!! But just a little bit bothered by the worn appearance of the room … torn window shades, filthy AC filter, and tattered plastic sheets.

The staff was wonderful - friendly & super accommodating, especially Miss Shirley!! However, the facility itself could use some cosmetic improvements, and having to walk up and downstairs due to the out of order elevator was quite an inconvenience.

The elevator broke down and was unable to be repaired until Monday.Tge staff did not contact me. I am handicapped and was on the 3rd floor. I had to call and request to be moved to the ground floor due to being unable to climb 3 flights of stairs. The 1st female front desk stated they would have a room available after 330 and would call me and let me know it was ready. She did not call. I called at 330 and spoke to her male colleague who advised that the previous front desk clerk had not told him about my situation, however housekeeping had just let him know. The male front desk was very helpful and apologetic. He offered to assist with bringing down my bags but another hotel guest helped me downstairs. I was very upset that his colleague had left her shift and not made sure to relay my information. The next morning, Sunday, I requested a 1 hour late departure from the female front desk clerk and was advised she had to get the okay from the head housekeeper. She came back on the phone and told me housekeeping said no. I was extremely upset, especially after the lack of assistance the previous day and felt that a 1 hour delayed departure should have been easy to accommodate. Over all excluding my intial check in, and the assistance from the male front desk which was great, my experience at this facility was absolutely terrible and I do not plan on utilizing these accommodations in the future!!!

This hotel is in need of updates to bring back a clean and fresh feeling. Curtains were ripped, bed was unstable, light fixtures were rusty, bathroom calking was falling apart and moldy, finger prints on the wall, and limited hot breakfast items. Staff was great, plenty of towels, sheets were clean, welcome area of hotel was nice and welcoming, plenty of parking. Hotel was tired and in need of updates to bring back top guest experience.

We would’ve changed hotels had not all the others been booked up when we were in town for a kids sporting event. The room strongly smelled of mildew but we just kept it because half my family had the sniffles and couldn’t smell. It was dark in the room, which made you wonder how dirty it was during the day. The lobby always smelled of smoke because people would smoke out front and the staff would leave the door open so it would always blow through - morning and night people were smoking out front. Gross. The side door was propped open w a stick which means anyone could get into the hallways at any time of night. Use the deadbolt! The sink porcelain was cracked in the basin. Paint was chipping off the toilet. The only reason it got 2 stars instead of one is because everything worked and there were no bugs. Will never stay here again.

Lovely staff. East check in and checkout. Good variety of breakfast foods. Sadly pool was being "renovated" and I was only told about after I had already put in my reservation. Looking at other reviews it seems it's been like that for a while. Otherwise great stay
