Cocoa Suites have been created in the iconic former Rowntrees chocolate warehouse. Just a 3 minute walk from the city centre , in a quiet location beside the river Foss.
Completed in 2017 the apartment features modern quality fittings. Comprising 32 sq meters the studio has a super comfy double bed, full equipped kitchen, dining table, seating area, and luxurious bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedding, towels,shampoo and shower gel provided along with tea, coffee and milk.
There is a designated parking space in the on site secure car park available for a small fee of £9.50 per night payable locally and must be advised in advance. The nearest public car park is £18 per 24 hrs.
Security is a priority and the main entrance and corridor are accessed by a code which will be provided with check in details.. Self check in from14:00 and check out 10:30.
Lift to all floors. 51 Cocos Suites is on the 1st floor.
York is famous worldwide for its historical heritage dating back to the Romans. Don't miss The Minster, Shambles, Cliffords Tower and Jorvic experience to name a few, all within an easy walk of the studios.

What a lovely central appartment , just a stones throw from the city amenities. Clean, modern, well equipped. Definitely would stay here again. Maggie was lovely. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Perfect for Christmas
My hubby and myself have just had a lovely cosy weekend away in this apartment, it was clean and warm and had everything you could need for a little break away, the location is perfect and we could go out to shop then pop back to drop off bags then go out again in the evening, we highly recommend this lovely apartment and we would love to book again next year.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location
The accommodation was modern and spotless in an ideal location - walking distance to centre.
