All our toiletries and linen is up to hotel standards so you'll fine nice and rest during your stay. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's Local and Costcutters less than 5 minutes walk away on Bishopthorpe Road.
Managed by a professional co-host of Airbnb, this property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. The property is set up to offer remote access with easy self check in and we also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

- Dogs must be strictly kept downstairs and off the soft furnishings.
- Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before allowed in the house.
