With Long Sands Beach only three blocks down the road, this will be a summer spent swimming, boogie boarding, building sandcastles, and relaxing in the Southern Maine sunshine.

Built in 2019, this home is bright, open, and comfortable, with an air-conditioned living space spread out across two levels. It's a place where you can stroll 800 feet home from the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower, and toss the swimsuits in the laundry room.

Bring a cold drink outside to a rocking chair on the front porch, or make yourself at home on the living room sofa in front of the cable TV. Just beyond the living room are a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen with full-size appliances, plentiful cabinet storage, and an island with bar seats for your assisting chefs.

On summer evenings, lounge outside in the hammock, sear fresh seafood on the gas grill, and tell stories of the days laughs and adventures around the firepit.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
