予約した部屋と実際の部屋が全く違っていた。その後、確認かスタッフが部屋を尋ねて来たが間違えましたと言って去って行った。 スタッフも気づいていての行動だと思われるがその後そのままで終わった。どー言う対応をされるかな？と分かっていながらそのままこちらが気づいて無いと思ったのか、結局そのままでした。ツインの禁煙を予約していたのに、ダブルの喫煙でタバコ臭く、お風呂のシャワーも出が悪く、お湯を出していても水になったりお風呂に入る時間もかなりかかってしまった。不快でした。

Assez déçu au vu du prix

Chambre très mal isolée du bruit. L’eau n’est pas potable dans la salle de bains sauf sur un robinet qui n’est indiqué qu’en japonais. Le design de la chambre est resté bloqué dans les années 70-80. Et le onsen de l’hôtel n’était finalement pas accessible car trop de monde ce jour-là.

急遽宿泊することになり、安価な事と立地でこちらを予約しました。 フロントスタッフの方の接客は良かったです。 部屋に入るとランドリーバックの上に爪楊枝があり、気持ち悪いので取りにきていただきました。来られた方はビニール袋を使って爪楊枝を取っておられましたが、爪楊枝の下にあったランドリーバックの交換はされませんでした。 その後、冷蔵庫を利用しようと開けると髪の毛が中におちていたり、食事をしているとご飯の中から髪の毛が出てきたりと…。 部屋の水回りは排水口の臭い、エアコンも何だかカビ臭い。 ドライヤーも吹き出し口の中にほこりがあり使えませんでした。 駐車場も非常に狭いので近隣駐車場を利用しました。 コスパはとてもいいと思いますが、不衛生な所が目立ってしまって、ごめんなさいリピはないです。
