I booked this hotel because I needed a place to stay overnight due to a layover at Haneda airport. This hotel was reasonably close to the airport on the Keikyu line and was competitively priced. The hotel was conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of the Kawasaki Keikyu station and the room was clean and was of standard size for Japanese properties. In fact, the room layout was pretty much the standard for Toyoko Inns I've stayed at before. Check in and check out were both done by computer and amenities were self serve by the front desk. I enjoyed the free coffee / milk tea machine in the lobby. The breakfast seemed decent, but I was not able to partake even though I had visited slightly after 6am as the staff were still setting up, and I needed to depart by 6:15am for my flight. Wifi was strong and reliable. The area surrounding the hotel was mostly retail and commercial, so it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. I would consider staying at this property again.

The room was great; your typical Japanese business hotel, with all the essential amenities located conveniently near the check-in counter. However, I did have one complaint: the Chinese guests in the room next door were speaking loudly, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. I called the front desk to report it, but was told they couldn’t do anything about the situation. They weren’t even willing to come up to the 8th-floor hallway to check the source of the smoke, even though it was quite obvious which room it was coming from.

Great place in a great location

I needed a place to stay, near the train station and with adequate accommodations. The Tokyo Inn Kawasaki Station Hotel provided all of that and more. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to do whatever to make my stay enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had all of the needed amenities provided. The breakfast each morning was perfect. Overall, just a great place in a great location.

I love the location! We came straight from Haneda airport and it took only about 30 minutes. It is close to JR and Keikyu Kawasaki station. Very nice staff and delicious breakfast!

Convenient hotel

The hotel is located close to JR Kawasaki and also Keikyu-Kawasaki Stations, and there are many restaurants and cafes around the area. The hotel includes Free WiFi and breakfast. Great hotel under certain budget. Staff members are professional with friendly manners.

Booked two nights here for new years. Very close to Keikyu station and Kawasaki station making transportation very accessible. I had an issue with my luggage from the airport and one staff member went above and beyond to help me which I appreciate. Just note the walls are very thin and can hear your neighbours.

Amazing shout out to the staff that was on the shift when me and my family checked in. There was some error (not sure whether was my part or expedia booking system) that for some reason there were exactly two identical bookings but the staff helped me contact expedia and to cancel/refund. When I checked out they informed me (same staff by the way long shift!) that they put the case in for me. Hotel was great with their breakfast and cleanness. Location also great and close to everything. Will definitely book again. Thanks!
