Overall a good place to stay, convenient location with easy access from the Yokohama bus terminal ( YCAT - for bus from Narita directly) about 8minutes walk , and 2 minutes for JR Yokohama station and Yokohama city metro station and Minatomirai line to the shoreline parks ( Ferris wheels, Chinatown). The place is clean with good service staff, cafe shop on the first and a Family Mart . Only complaint - the hotel is right next to train tracks so every morning between 6-9:39 you will hear very noticeable/ loud train noises.

Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near Yokohama Station, and the room size is adequate for a solo traveler. Breakfast is served at a café attached to the hotel, where you can choose from several set options. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

This was a lovely hotel for our last night in Japan. The staff helped us book two taxis to the airport which turned up on time and were very reasonable in terms of price. The rooms were great, but the proximity to the railway lines does mean there is quite a lot of noise until very late, and then starting again in the early hours of the morning so ear plugs are helpful. There were loads of free toiletries in the lobby which you could help yourself to which was a lovely touch. The hotel is right next to a Family Mart which was convenient for a cheap breakfast in the mornjng..We'd stay again if in Yokohama.

Connecting room was clean and comfortable. Honestly, trains can be heard as connecting rooms face tracks. Hotel helps by assigning me a higher room and Ear plugs provided. Hotel also helped greatly with my luggage forwarding request. Happy with this booking!

Next to hotel is convenient store. You can walk the place from hotel reception. No need to go to outside. But, there are always heard train sounds. Hotel provide ear plugs, I recommend use it. But amenity is amazing. Also shower room has bath tub. And they has hand held shower. Really nice.

The rooms we stayed at are relatively small, but the hotel offers connected rooms, which worked perfectly for our family of four and made the stay much more comfortable. As located right by the train station, the noise from the trains can be noticeable, especially in early morning.
