Great stay at the Hyatt Regency Yokohama .

We had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Yokohama . The staff were so friendly and efficient. The bedroom was beautiful, plenty of room , and had everything that we needed including an iron & ironing board . The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotless . Breakfast had lots of choice for western style food and Japanese . I couldn’t find anything negative to say . We would highly recommend this hotel .

Property was convenient & beautiful. The staff was amazing. I called several times after checkout because my husband left his insulin in the refrigerator & the guy who answered the phone spoke English & tried really hard to find it for me. He was able to send someone with it to the cruise ship just before our departure. I didn’t get a name, but it was beyond what was expected. Excellent service
