Staff are polite but speak minimal English. Rooms are too small. I really enjoyed the onsen, and the hotel's location is close to the train station, shopping centre, and the centre of Yokohama city. I would recommend the hotel, but don't expect the rooms to be bigger. Rooms are good for solo travel only.

It does a good job, but more of the useful facilities. Human service does exist, in fact they are always very kind, but not like a European hotels. So, if you want to be left alone and thinking that hotel man is too much, this hotel is very good! If you like friendly conversations with your bell boy, you might miss it. Every 3 days cleaning is a good idea, the only thing is, once it happens, you need to be out from your room 3hours, as it took so long…..

APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower was conveniently located near a shopping mall, The Red Brick house and the train station. The service was amazing. The two 'Family Marts' inside the hotel were great for shopping and grabbing a quick snack. Our room as a bit small, and parking was not free.
