RAYMOND

Great hotel in a very nice location in central Yokohama, walking distance to many areas. Check in was fast using kiosk, rooms are ready at 3pm, no earlier. The rooms are very small but well equipped with everything. The spa or onsen is very nice, a reason to stay here. The breakfast is amazing, so many wonderful things to eat, western & Japanese. Would recommend highly.

The room was clean and quiet. The location was great for the activities we had planned. The only issues were the lack of laundry monitoring in the room and some minor maintenance issues.

The place is friendly for vegans which came off as a huge surprise to me they have a vegan cafe that literally connects to the hotel. Everyone was super helpful and were patient with me. I would recommend this bay tower since its close the metros to go to shibuya and other locations honestly worth every penny
