Nice and modern apartment

Iverall we enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was modern and fairly clean. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. The main bulding air conditioning did not work. But they had supplied portable air conditioning units. Which did fine in the main bedroom but not the lounge room or other sleeping areas. It actually made our stay very uncomfortable. The property manager did provide an extra fan but with the heat at the time we were there it was not helpful. So if this is fixed it would get 5 stars.

Apartment rental mistake

I was very excited to visit Armenia 8 years later with my husband who’s half Armenian and never been and my son who also has never been. This apartment seemed modern with everything we needed. a day before my arrival I was told the AC doesn’t work but it’ll get fixed. For 3-4 days the manager attempted but me pushing him and the owner to fix the issue. It never got resolved. They brought two portable AC and offered me to move a week into my trip with full pay back. I said no and I should have said yes.Many things aren’t worth this much money for the apartment for. First location. It’s off of a street loud and dirty. Can’t keep windows open that’s what they did and when I got there the home was dirty possibly due to the windows. Next the bathroom was falling apart, the whole shower needs to be changed . It was leaking from every corner possible, the door would get stuck then leak a lot of water out, we used regular bath towels to clean. The towel hangers were falling off and the hand towel hanger flew off on to my head. If they fix the AC and the bathroom also change the mattress and pillows maybe consider but you won’t ever know if all that was done. I’ve been back for two weeks and my body still aches from the mattress and the pillows and no blankets just a flat sheet and thin thicker blanket looking something that was the size of a kids bed. Location was convenient but again off of a traffic filled loud street with the PM passing through daily and cops screaming.
