The heater in my room wasn't working. I had to contact maintenance twice to fix it. I end un no calling any more because if the nuisance. The room was super cold, mind you it was -16° It was very uncomfortable to sleep in that cold room. In another matter i brought to attention to the manager to take in consideration that since we arrived late on the 25th, not on the 24th, as an exeption, to give us a refund for the unused day, but she refused. Also the carpet in the room was filthy. Never been vacuumed. My socks are witnesses of that. On arrival day, the shuttle never came, we had to pay for a taxi.
