Pipers Rest, a meticulously restored period home, offers spacious living with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and charming period features, including lead-light windows and doors. Each room features 11-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, evaporative cooling, and central ducted heating. Accommodating up to 10 adults and 2 children.

The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances, 90cm gas cooktop and electric oven, and the laundry offers both a washing machine and a dryer for added convenience.

The outdoor space includes expansive verandas, BBQ area and outdoor table, so enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon nibble and a drink in the cool areas surrounded by the grapevines.

Please be considerate of our neighbors and the environment. Piper’s Rest is located in a quiet residential area so please keep the noise down to reasonable levels, especially after dark. No parties and no camping.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

All quality bed and bath linen provided – just BYO beach towels for swimming.

Starter pack of tea, coffee and basic pantry items provided. Please BYO toiletries.

Pets on application. Pets are not permitted inside the house, outside only.
Pets permitted with written request and payment of pet fee, subject to approval.
If pet approved, they cannot come inside the house.
Maximum of 2 pets are welcome. You will need to notify Yarrawonga Escapes if bringing a pet as a fee of $50.00 per pet will be applicable,

Dogs cannot be left unattended at the property.
