Groups are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 6 bedroom / 5 bath lake house with large game room and 3 living areas that are ideal for large groups. 90 minutes drive from Dallas area. All 5 bathrooms REMODELED for 2023. The 1.5 acres of lake front property has a dedicated private boat ramp - guests can bring boats with space for boat trailers and trucks. 2nd level of boat house ideal for relaxing and enjoying views of the lake and fishing. There are 2 boat bays in the boat house available for guest use. Boats can be taken in and out at private boat ramp. Game room with table tennis, darts, foosball and outdoor putting green will cater to those who are looking to be active. Expansive kitchen and fully stocked with everything your group will need. 6 bedrooms total - 3 bedrooms have king sized beds with additional bedrooms with queen bed, full beds and bunk beds. 2 family suites upstairs share a full bathroom (access to the back bedrooms through the front bedroom and bathroom). Recently upgraded to fiber internet / wifi.
 
Spend the day away, fishing or enjoying nearby attractions around lake fork and in nearby Sulphur Springs.

Stayed at Lily Pad Lake House @ Lake Fork from March 1 for five nights and left Friday morning. The stay was great overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It provided a comfortable and relaxing environment, and everything was set up well for an easy stay.The location was peaceful and perfect for our trip. We were there for fishing, and the fishing was excellent—we caught a lot of bass, which made the experience even better.Everything we needed was available, and there were no issues during the stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Pet-friendly. Ton of parking. Comfortable beds. Aging but still nice dock with 2nd story covered deck. Awesome sunrises! Large yard and patio, multiple seating areas outside, enjoyed a family football game. Good kitchen. Cool game room with shuffleboard, ping pong and darts. Multiple TV's and secluded sitting areas inside. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful lake - house not so clean

Lake was beautiful. Beautiful sunrise. Good location. Floors not clean, under beds found pills and dirty. Beds not comfortable. Downstairs king bed lumpy and if two people slept one person would tool into a dip in bed. Outdoor deck and patio furniture very dirty, looked as if hadn't been cleaned in months, spider webs and bugs, dirt and grime all in back deck. Boathouse can only park one boat. Other side looks like maybe for a jet ski or very small batoe. Bia

102nd birthday, an 80th birthday and a college graduation.

Property owners were great, answered all questions promptly. Upstair bedrooms access was a little weird but was fully disclosed. Out side property was awesome, plenty of room and things to do for kids. Plenty of parking.

We rebuilt the grill grates last year but the burners are uneven and partially clogged with debris. May be time to replace it. I know you told us last year you had but whom ever told you they did where incorrect.Bathroom improvements were nice. Kitchen loosing furnishings furnishings

Wonderful setting for multigenerational gathering

We feel so fortunate to have found this lakeside retreat! The owners had great communication and were very accommodating of our needs. It was so nice to be able to spread out and visit! The kids loved the playground and game room. Everyone was very comfortable and we would be happy to return in the future! It was a great place! 5 Stars!
