Short walk to everything Yamba has to offer, beaches, river, restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues and more. Large enough for the extended family, this home accommodates up to 13 guests comfortably.

Two storey home consists of downstairs section with double garage, kitchen, lounge and sitting area. Two bedrooms both with built-in robes and timber floors. Laundry with additional toilet and shower, plus a deck on this level.

Upstairs is the main bedroom, which is carpeted, with ceiling fan and Queen bed. Separate toilet with basin, bathroom with shower, vanity, and bath. Three additional bedrooms, with carpet, ceiling fans and built-in robes. Tiled entry leads to lounge and dining area, both with ceiling fans. Kitchen with wall oven, double sink, gas cooktop. Enclosed deck area for entertaining in all weather.
