Villa Giovanna is a three bedroom two bathroom detached villa in Playa Blanca’s most sought after area Los Coloradas. It has a private heated pool, private parking, and a large garden with fruit trees and lots of plants. The outdoor space includes a BBQ area and a poolside conservatory which can be opened to the pool area or closed for cooler evening dining and socialising. Inside the villa has everything you will need to make it a home from home with wifi, access to hundreds of TV channels and a fully equipped kitchen.
A 20 minute walk from Marina Rubicon and Papagayo beaches and 10 minutes walk to the nearest shopping centre and bars.

Stunning villa

We had a wonderful stay over New Year at Villa Giovanna. Giuseppe was a fantastic host and made our stay fabulous, he communicated with me all the way. Location and facilities were perfect……we will definitely be back
