View from property is pretty, but you can tell it's an older facility they're trying their best with. The pictures don't illustrate the older condition well. Staff fine, average experience, would not recommend during a heat wave due to lack of AC. If weather is decent and you can get a good price, not a bad stay.

I booked Adobe Resort through Expedia and believed I was reserving a ground-level room based on the listing, but ended up upstairs — which felt misleading. The room was average and unfortunately not as clean as expected; the shower curtain had a strong, unpleasant odor. I appreciated that the front desk sent a welcome text encouraging guests to reach out with any needs, which gave me hope for attentive service. However, when I texted about the curtain, I never received a response. The grounds themselves were beautiful, but overall, the stay was underwhelming due to cleanliness and lack of follow-through on service.

The restaurant was terrible, there were ants in our room and dead ants in the fridge. Missing lightbulb in bathroom and wires coming out from the wall. The tube of lotion had a broken lid. The door to the balcony was rusted. Staff at check in desk when I left could have cared less. The pet “wing” needs massive update. The room was a great size though.

We were very disappointed. If you have a pet, do not stay here... they put you in the old rooms. Its not lit up well, it smells, and the bathrooms are small. We left and stayed in Newport and it was much better.

Looks like a motel from the outside. Room was clean and had an amazing ocean view. Ate at the resort restaurant for breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. Waiter and bar tender were amazing.
