There is no way to review this property as my family and I were not able to stayed there. When I arrived in Xilitla I called the host, he told me he was not in town and property was not available. He stated Expedia never notified him. Long story short, I was in Xilitla at 8pm looking for a place to stay because trying to communicate with a real person at Expedia was impossible. We were lucky to find rooms for my family and I but paying twice as much. Until today, after several calls and emails to Expedia and Vrbo still haven’t received my refund or apologies from the inconveniences. Horrible customer service experience
