Handy overnight stop.

Hotel is in a handy location when travelling. Excellent condition, good facilities and very comfortable. Due to Covid restrictions, the restaurant was not open for dinner but many are in the surrounding area. We did not want to go by car and opted for a cafe across the road where we had a lovely meal. Breakfast was very good and good precautions were in place.

Nice hotel

We didn't know much about Wuppertal but it was quite a cool little place, and we had an overnight stay in this hotel. The room was nice and spacious with a table/counter and two chairs. The shower was good as was the Wifi. An excellent cooked breakfast was included in the price. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Wuppertal Wyndham's rooms are not comfortable

No heating or cooling (air conditioning ) system in room 208. Seriously, nothing to cool and nothing to get you warmer. There is not a mini bar or refrigerator in rooms.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, I stayed during the heatwave and the rooms had no air conditioning, other hotels I have stayed at with no air con normally provide a fan this hotel does not... otherwise a nice stay

bad check in

hi stay was good but check-in was not good at all, receptionist wasn't there and reception was un-attended for 15 minutes, then while giving our name i had a booking in 4 names, she couldn't find the us, so I offered to give hotels.com booking reference number she said it is no use, then later after 5 minutes she managed to concentrate and find our names and checked us in, total un professional behavior.

Lovely hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was fantastic with many great options. The lobby was a nice, cozy place to relax and hang out with my family. The room was clean and comfortable. The location suited our purpose. It wasn't directly in town but it was close to the hiway as we were there to visit family in neighbouring towns. The free WiFi was a great bonus! My only negative would have to be the service of some of the workers in the restaurant. Shutting down coffee service before breakfast was done, serving undercooked chicken for dinner and not apologizing, and bringing the wrong item were some of the things we experienced. On a high note, we were provided with a lovely lunch package as we checked out early on our last day, as we would have missed our breakfast which was included. Overall, great experience! I would recommend the hotel to future guests!

Close to Autobahn. Room smelled old smoke. We had dinner at the hotel since it was the only restaurant in the proximity. Few guests but the service was extremely slow and poor.

Clean, comfortable and easy to find

We found the staff very welcoming and courteous. They were also helpful in supplying directions to both the town centre and the nearest Monorail station. We ate a lovely meal in the restaurant and at breakfast there was a comprehensive menu on offer. The single lift became congested at times and the bed was a little on the hard side, but overall it was an enjoyable experience.
