Cute Hotel

The hotel is really cute and the staff friendly. I really enjoyed my stay, the only problem was the no elevator situation specially because my room was four flights of stairs up. They should consider having a window blackout curtain as well and I guess Germany doesn’t really believe in air conditioning but it wasn’t extremely hot so no big deal. Loved the little details, like the pack of gummies named for every time of the day 😃

Great hotel. Full marks to the staff.

Very clean hotel. Everything worked well. Comfortable bed, good shower etc. Every day there was fruit, chocolates and a cake in the room together with tea, coffee and bottled water. The area was an industrial one, and slightly run down, but we felt very safe at all times. The staff were all friendly and helpful and couldn’t have done more to make our stay a happy one. Access to public transport was easy, and car parking was off road. The only slight downside was no elevator - fine for us, but less able guests could have found the stairs a problem. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in many countries and this was one of the best for its categories.

The staff were courteous and helpful. Room was very spacious and great. Food quality was good but with limited choice.. Overall I will give them 4 to 4.5 stars

We arrived late at night and found the hotel in a dangerous looking neighborhood. There is no 24 hour check in, and we would have slept in our car if a friend hadn't called ahead for special instructions. When we got in the hotel, it was neat, clean, and newly remodeled, but they forgot to add a bed for our son who had to sleep on the floor.

Good worth of money

It took me some time to find the hotel, but I walked on foot, I guess it would be easier if you go by car. The staff are nice and helpful and the room service was good!

Close to Oberbarmen station with free parking

It was not my first visit. I discovered this hotel since 2013 when the room prices were lower. Nicely renovated rooms. There was no refrigerator in the room. Offers including breakfast would be appreciated.

Nice room, convenient parking.

Room was large, clean and well-maintained. Parking was always available on the street right in front of the hotel. A short walk to the S-Bahn and Schwebebahn (worth a trip!). Staff not overly friendly and often not readily available at the front desk. Pillows very uncomfortable. Could have used a fan or two for some air circulation in the room.
