Geräumiges neues Bad mit einer Wellness - Dusche ist ein weiteres Highlite. Nach dem anstrengenden Arbeitstag ist es genau das richtige.

Komplett eingerichtete stilvolle Einbauküche mit Geräten lädt Sie zum Kochen ein. Es ist alles da: Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen, etc. Die Böden der Wohnung sind mit wunderschönem Edel-Laminat ausgestattet.

Vieles zu beanstanden, der Vermieter gelobt aber Besserung

- Sauberkeit sehr schlecht: Böden, Schränke, Geschirr, Ablagen, Kühlschrank. Teilweise Schimmel, im Bad und an Fesntern. Vermieter ist einsichtig und verspricht hier nachbessern zu wollen - Einrichtungsgegenstände teilweise defekt (Badschrank, Spiegel im großen Zimmer, Handlauf zum Bad), alles dem Vermieter gemeldet - kein Haartrockner, obwohl in Beschreibung enthalten. Vermieter mitgeteilt. - Gartenterrasse wirklich nur ein begrüntes Rauchereck mit Mülltonnen-Stellplatz im Innenhof, Tür nicht abschließbar - wenig Geschirr, dem Vermieter mitgeteilt - Wohnung an viel befahrener Straße, Fenster leider nicht abdunkelbar, Verbesserungsvorschlag an Vermieter gesendet - Haupt-Bad mit Dusche und Klo nicht abschließbar, Tür streift am Boden, Fliesen wacklig, alles dem Vermieter mitgeteilt - Positiv: Größe der Wohnung im EG. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. 2 Supermärkte in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gut, er gelobt Besserung, schaut sich Wohnung und Zustand nun persönlich an, verspricht er. Fazit: luxuriös ist die Wohnung nicht und es gibt keine echte Gartenterrasse. Die Mängel, die oben aufgeführt sind, wären leicht zu beheben. Wir wünschen den nächsten Mietern mehr Glück mit dieser Wohnung. Für uns war es ein Reinfall und zudem noch viel zu teuer für die erhaltene Leistung.

Insgesamt schön!

Es lief alles super, die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und flexibel. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern. Allerdings war in einem Bad sehr viel Schimmel am und um das Fenster. Trotzdem danke für alles.
