Śrutowa Royal Residence is a spacious, two-storey flat in the heart of Wrocław. An ideal place for a comfortable stay for both families and groups of friends. With two bathrooms, each person is assured privacy and comfort. The space, designed with attention to detail, provides relaxation in both bedrooms and the living room, which can serve as an additional sleeping area.

Guests are provided with a range of practical amenities, including free WiFi, a TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle and kitchen accessories. In addition, the flat is equipped with air conditioning on both floors.

The flat comes with two spacious terraces with comfortable furniture, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The building is monitored, has a lift and guests can use a dedicated parking space in the underground garage.

The location combines proximity to the centre with peace and quiet. Within a few minutes' walk you will find the Old Town, Słodowa Island with the Museum of Illusions and the Concordia Design viewing terrace, Ostrów Tumski, the Botanical Garden and the Market Square with the Town Hall. In the immediate vicinity of the flat you will find the ‘Gorąco Polecam’ bakery, Biedronka, Żabka, a patisserie and restaurants. Trams and buses departing almost from under the building provide excellent communication with the rest of the city.

For a good start to your stay, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene items such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo and shower gel. However, we would like to warn you that these are available in limited quantities and are mainly intended for the first days of your stay. In order to ensure your full comfort for further days, we recommend that you stock up on additional items according to your needs.
