The service was TERRIBLE. we carried our bags in and put them on the push cart. Cart almost went over while 3 employees stood, watching, doing NOTHING AND never assisted or offered assistance. No petsonaliry, no ass8atance. It was like dealing with rude mannequins.

I felt as if this was not Hyatt. The coffee maker in the room had a jell stuck in it - not cleaned properly. One of the blinds was stuck at the top. The light in the bathroom was not bright enough. The toilet papers were very thin, to be true in Hyatt. The breakfast had 2 same items, just cut differently - bacon & bacon bits. The bathroom door didn't lock.

They should have a microwave down in the breakfast nook. I came back with a pizza and needed ot warmed up had to give it to bar tender who then took it in the back to be reheated for me

It was a typical hotel experience. The only real issue was a small ceiling leak by the shower. It dripped when the guest above us showered and could easily go unnoticed.

Great Place to Stay

The hotel was clean. We stayed on a 2 Beds with Sofa and it was perfect space for our family. The Front Desk was friendly. The pool was great.

Room had stains on the couch and a big hole in the ottoman. There was a hole in the tile as soon as you walk in the room. The bartender/ server closed down the kitchen so they could sit down and socialize.

I really appreciated getting taken care of over the phone when I was trying to check in. I talked to Joshua and when I got to the hotel he was at the front desk and just extended his professional manner throughout the check-in. So very personable!
