Pet Guidelines
• 1 small, well-behaved, house-trained dog is welcome. Pet fee: $75 per stay.
• Dogs must not be left unattended, on furniture, or in beds (especially if they shed).
• Please wipe paws after going outside to help keep our light-colored sofa and carpet clean.
• Bring your own poop bags and dispose of waste in the large trash bin on the right side of the house.
• We’ve provided throw blankets if you’d like extra protection for seating areas.

Cleaning & Damage Fees
To maintain the home in great condition, we ask for care and consideration. If extra cleaning is required due to spills or pet damage, the following fees apply:
• Carpet professional cleaning: $200
• Sofa professional cleaning: $180
We kindly invite you to help us avoid these fees by being mindful during your stay. This is also why parties and group events are not allowed.

• Our sofa is light-colored and easily stained, so please avoid eating or drinking directly on it.
• Blankets are provided if you’d like to use them as covers.

Trash Disposal
• Trash bags are available in the kitchen and bathrooms.
• When full, place them in the outdoor container (right side of the house).

Air Conditioning
• Please keep thermostat at 70°F or higher. Lower settings can cause the basement A/C to freeze and malfunction.

We’ll send you the Wi-Fi network name and password before check-in. If you need it again, just message us anytime.

• You may park in the driveway or garage.
