Very quiet and clean. Nice property. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, they knew we booked the room for 3 but only supplied towels for 2 so I had to go to the office to get more towels. A small detail but one that should be seen to. The real issue is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable - sway back, lumpy, uneven, the feeling of springs in our backs. Our daughter slept in the fold-out bed which she said was also very uncomfortable. We all slept poorly and felt pretty rough from the beds. Overall the furnishings in our room were a bit dismal and in need of updating.

Not nearly as nice as last time...

The oven room with the queen room (room 16) was right next to the office and you could hear everyone talking and the phone ringing, oven smelled really bad when turned on and had to open windows with no bug screens so bugs came in, and had no AC in room when all the other ones had an ac, actually room 17 had 2 acs at the time and it was very hot, I'm pregnant so I was trying to cool down and have front windows open but one of the office ladies had kept going out in her car right in front of my room and smoking cigarettes (not good so kept windows shut while room was very hot it was 85 outside) honestly disappointed because the Jacuzzi room was very nice the first time and more peaceful and encouraged me to go a second time, bed is also pretty stiff but I feel like that's normal at hotels. Didn't help that when asking to honestly move rooms the lady helping us mentioned how she even thought the placement of the room was bad as well. Very discouraging and something you don't want to hear from people running a company.

It’s a very nice “country like” lodge. The jacuzzi room that me and my fiancé stayed in is very spacious and clean. The location is very convenient with dining and shopping centers within walking distance.
