Check in was great! She was friendly and professional. There are three things that we were unhappy about! First, right outside our first floor handicap room was a bench where people were talking off and on ALL night long(smoking area). We had driven all day and were tired but they were loud! Second, we killed two bugs (looked like roaches) in our room. This also kept my wife awake! Third, the TV and remote were old and not working very good (need replacing maybe?). I did not take pics but now that I know you want pics, I will take them.

Three good things about this hotel was free parking with plenty of spots, friendly staff, and safe area. The room itself was the reason why I gave it three stars. The first room we received the carpet was wet and visibly dirty and the room smelled like mold and mildew. The second room we received had better looking carpet and wasn’t wet, but it still smelled like mold and mildew. Later in the night we found multiple surfaces with mold growing on it. The bathroom and bedding were clean though.

It was the worst I had in my life. We didn't have a working phone. We were told to bring cash for incidental and most crazy one. We were blame for a burn on the tables when we don't drink coffee. They took 60.00 out of our refund. We were told to get out and we were not allow to come back.

The lobby is very deceiving. It makes it look like the facility is a good place. I actually went and scoped the place out before I made the reservation. I wish I had gone beyond the lobby. The carpets look like they are from a car repair shop, straight up filthy. The bathroom door was off the track and not functioning and it had a ten inch oblong hole right through it in the first room we were given. The second room's AC sounded like a mack truck while it was running. The beds were so uncomfortable, I swear they were from the Flinstone's era and made out of bedrock! The shower pan was cracked, stained, and dirty. The interactions I had with the staff were pleasant. The parking was more than adequate. I know we live in the age of cannabis everywhere, but the smell of it at this facility was downright overwhelming. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The carpet in the hallways is full of stains, it looks like they have not cleaned in a long while. The first room I was given had roaches, it was on the first floor. The second room on the second floor looked clean but had the smell of cigarettes.

The man at the front desk mumbled so bad you could not unferstsnd a single word he said and we do not have a hearing loss whatsoever. Other guests said the same thing. The keys did not work so had to return to the front desk was only given one key instead of two. Opened the door and it was 60 degrees inside and absolutely freezing. The bed size was not the size we reserved. The hsll and stairs were absolutely disgusting with wear and stains. The room itself was fine for the money spent and the bed was comfortable. We haven’t had breakfast yet.
